This week in the nursery classes we are getting ready for Thanksgiving. We are discussing all the things we are thankful for: our families, friends, teachers classmates and all that God has created.
Language Arts: The Thanksgiving Surprise by Peggy Archer and Three Little Pilgrims by Janet Craig. Alphabet Chart- letter recognition and sounds.
Art: Finish our Tommy Turkeys, make a turkey hat, Advent wreath and finish our owl baby.
Jesus Time: Giving thanks to God, the season of Advent and practice our Christmas songs.
Movement to Music: Fall leaf song and dance, Tommy Turkey and the turkey stroll.
Reminder: We have Thanksgiving recess 11/26 and 11/27. !2:30 pm dismissal on November 25th.
