10 more days until Spring! We got to enjoy a little taste of Spring on Tuesday as we dusted of the slides and had some fun outside!

While we are inside we are practicing hard for our upcoming Rodeo on the 26th! It is sure to be a great show!

For art this week we are making Shamrocks that remind us of the Trinity… Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We are also making some rodeo inspired crafts and working on coloring a number book.

For religion this week we will continue to talk about Jesus’ many miracles and we will also get to visit the chapel. On Tuesday Mrs. Krass reminded us how important it is to pray each day, especially during the 40 days of lent. Then she gave us little books that will help us to learn the Lord’s Prayer.

Stories this week include: Cat Count by Betsy Lewin, Counting Crocodiles by Judy Sierra, Ten Black Dots by Donald Crews, 1 is One by Tasha Tudor and One, Two, Three, Count With Me by C & L Anholt

Monday the 17th and Tuesday the 18th will be our St. Patrick’s Day parties. Make sure to wear a bit o’ green!
