Math Grade 6
We are beginning our unit on ratios and rates. This week will relate what to learned about setting up ratios to tables and graphs. We will also be problem solving with proportions.

Math Grade 7
The next unit covers solving one step, two step, and multi-step equations. This week will focus on writing equations from word problems and explore solving multi-step equations.

Algebra
We are beginning our unit on functions. We will be discussing domain and range, vertical line test, linear and non-linear functions, and writing and graphing a function rule. Arithmetic and Geometric sequences will also be explored.

Physical Science- Grade 8
This week we are working Chapter 12 on the Periodic Table. This week we will be reviewing for our unit exam and working on our periodic table projects.
