THANKSGIVING RECESS begins this Wednesday, November 27th, at 12 noon, with classes resuming on Monday, December 2nd. Parents are welcome to join us at our Thanksgiving chapel service at 10:30 Wednesday, November 27th. May you and your family have a blessed holiday as we give thanks for our many blessings.
BLOOD DRIVE will take place today from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. One donation will help to save up to three lives. Please share this lifesaving gift. Thank you for caring! All donors will be entered into a sweepstakes to win two tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII.
ANNUAL SCHOOL-WIDE THANKSGIVING FEAST will be held for all K-8 students tomorrow, November 26th. Please note that if your child has not selected a lunch from the choices, he/she must bring lunch from home, as there will be no food available to purchase.
DECEMBER LUNCH MENUS went home on Friday and are due to be returned tomorrow, November 26th. This is necessary in order to give the caterer a count for next week.
BARNES AND NOBLE BOOK FAIR will be held Saturday, December 7th from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Come hear our student musicians perform and view an exhibit of our students’ art work while you shop for books, movies, music and more at the Carle Place Barnes & Noble, 91 Old Country Road. Be sure to get your Nook raffle tickets and your cheesecake orders in to school by Friday, December 6th. Winners need not be present to win. If you are unable to attend, you may still support Trinity online from 12/05/13 – 12/10/13 at BN.COM/bookfairs, entering Bookfair ID 11213469 at checkout.
SANTA SHOP – From December 4 through December 5 students will have an opportunity to purchase inexpensive gifts for friends and family at Trinity’s Santa Shop. A flyer with an envelope attached is going home with students today. Profits from this sale will be donated to needy school families.
