WELCOME BACK! We hope you and your family had a blessed Easter and that you are delighted to be back at school! The fourth quarter has already begun and we hope you are all academically challenged to finish the school year on a high note. Trinity uniform shorts and sneakers may once again be worn beginning today, April 28th. Please remember you can only wear sneakers if you are wearing the uniform shorts. Please note that club and sports sweatshirts will no longer be allowed during the school day.
PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE REMINDER – This Thursday, May 1, dismissal for students in grades K-8 will be at 12 noon. During the afternoon and early evening parents have an opportunity to have a Parent/Teacher conference with their child’s teacher. These conferences are voluntary and must be scheduled with the teacher in advance. Early Childhood classes will be in session Thursday afternoon.
MAY LUNCH MENUS were due back Wednesday, April 16th. If you haven’t returned the signed menu yet, please do so immediately.
SPRING ECC OPEN HO– USE last Saturday was a great success. If you were unable to attend the Open House but are interested in our early childhood programs, please contact our ECC Director, Beth Krass, for a tour or with any questions you may have: 516-931-2211, or [email protected] .
REMINDER: MEGA YARD SALE: May 17th is the new date for Trinity’s Mega Yard Sale. It will take place in the municipal parking lot next to the school (inclement weather it will be held in the gym.) Items may be dropped off Wednesday, May 14 through Friday, May 16. Guidelines for the sale are in the school office.
CELEBRATE SUMMER 2014 – You may not be ready for summer, but we are ready to celebrate our 20th year! The fun begins on June 23 and continues until August 15. Our campers will sing, dance, paint, get wet and laugh their way through a “celebration” of the USA, pirates, under the sea, the wild west, and much more! NYSSMA LESSONS – Mrs. Pollitt will be available to listen to NYSSMA solos on May 1, starting at 12:00 noon. Please sign up in the band office for an appointment.
GAME TRUCK will be here the day of Trinity’s Mega Yard Sale, May 17th. You will be able to play video games with your friends while you shop for that hidden treasure. Flyers went home last week with all the information.
