There is no school on Thursday due to Veteran’s Day.
Earth Science: The test on Chapter 3 is on Tuesday. This week we will be finishing up the lab which was started last week on identifying minerals. We also will be starting chapter 4 and talking about the rock cycle and weathering.
Physical Science: There will be a quiz on section 4.1 & 4.2 on Friday. In class we will be learning about elements and compound and how they are formed. We also will be working on a project learning about different types of elements and compound and what they are made up of.
Life Science: This week we will be learning about diffusion and osmosis. We also will be doing a lab on diffusion understanding how molecules move across a membrane.
Living Environment: The quiz on Chapter 8 is Monday. This week in class we will be discussing the process of cellular respiration and fermentation.
