This week the students will learn how to write a work cited page. The rough draft of the research papers are due on Wednesday, March 23.
Students have a March book project due on Friday, April 8th.
There is only two weeks left to place a booster ad in the yearbook.
6th Grade ELA: Sixth graders will write a summary of their research paper. We will review subject, predicate, direct object before moving on to indirect object this week. We will read some Greek mythology.
7th Grade ELA: Besides writing a summary of their research papers students in 7th grade will read two Greek myths in addition to reviewing grammar and introducing indirect objects.
7th Grade Religion: Students are beginning Unit 6 from there in their workbooks. Much of this unit is about sin and forgiveness. There will be a memory quiz Psalm 96:1-2.
8th Grade ELA: In addition to working on a summary of their paper, students will read an Edgar Allen Poe short story, “The Tell Tale Heart.”
