We are continuing to read from the novels: 6th – The Watsons Go to Birmingham 1963; 7th- Fever 1793; 8th- Inside Out and Back Again.
6th Grade ELA: We are going to look at character motivation in the novel. The students will review prepositions and begin work on conjunctions. This includes working the various types of conjunctions.
7th Grade ELA: Seventh grade students will study static and dynamic characters in the novel. They will review prepositions and begin reviewing the types conjunctions.
8th Grade ELA: The eighth graders will look for various literary elements in the story, as well as motivation and growth. Additionally, they will review prepositions and conjunctions.
7th Grade Religion: The class will finish up unit 4 and begin working on review for a unit test on Tuesday, on January 26th. They will have a memory test on Wednesday, Jan. 20th. on John 1:14.
