Students are finishing Martin Luther King assignments.
6th Grade ELA: This week we are continuing to read The Watsons Go to Birmingham. We will look at setting and character development.
7th Grade ELA: Seventh graders will begin reading Fever 1793. We will look at setting and the character’s motivations.
8th Grade ELA: Students in eighth grade will finish reading Dr. King’s “I have a Dream Speech.” Student will read the short story, “Stop the Sun” and learn about Vietnam. After that, they will begin the novel “Inside Out and Back Again.”
7th Grade Religion: Students are working on Unit 3 review packet. They will have a memory quiz on Thursday and Unit test on Friday.
