We will be getting used to the classroom and routines of fifth grade.
We will be reading “Have You Filled A Bucket Today? and discussing the idea of kind words and actions towards people ‘fill their buckets’.
We are not changing for gym for a few weeks. Please have your child’s lock at home where he/she can practice opening and closing it .
We will begin the first S.S. chapter.
We will discuss the school verse, the class verse, and choose our favorite verse at home that will be displayed in the hall throughout the year.
We will be beginning the start of the year ELA assessment.
Don’t worry about having the supplies right away. By next Mon. or Tues. would be great.
