This week in our class:
Science: We are planting grass seed.
Language Arts: We are enjoying the books, The Hat and The Mitten by Jan Brett along with the poem, Shapes People.
Music and Movement: We are singing and moving to – Open Shut Them, Freeze and Melt, Stretch Your Body and Walking To The ABCs. We are also learning our Rodeo parachute and ribbons routines.
Literacy: We are reviewing letters O and N and their sounds.
Art: We are creating a mitten in watercolor paint and cutting grass (green paper) with scissors.
Homework: Color and cut the animals on the worksheet and return them to class on either Monday or Tuesday.
