The circus is coming to TRINITY! Please join us for the greatest show on earth next Thursday, March 19th in the gym. The children have been hard at work prepping for this fun program. The program starts at 9:15 am.
This week we are:
Art: Painting and decorating a shamrock and using our fine motor skills at the same time. We are making some circus themed projects. We are making a hand print clown, completing a circus sticker scene and making bags of popcorn.
Math: Counting our friends and shamrocks and continuing with our number book. We are singing the hungry alligator song as we learn to count and recognize the numbers 1-10.
Language Arts: Clifford at the Circus by Norman Bridwell, Henrietta Chicken, Circus Star by Syd Hoff and It’s St. Patrick’s Day by Rebecca Gomez. Alphabet Center.
Movement to music: All our circus songs and activities and the leprechaun song.
Jesus Time: Chapel on Tuesday and Wednesday, Make and color a palm, learn about Palm Sunday and practice for our palm parade.
