Life Science: There will be a test Thursday on Chapter 1. This week in class we will review for the test. We also will be working on a lab learning about measurement using rulers, graduated cylinders, and a triple beam balance.
Living Environment: On Tuesday is the the exam for Unit 1. This week we will begin talking about ecology and how energy flows in the ecosystem. We also will be working on a lab learning about measurement.
Physical Science: There will be a test Thursday on Chapter 1. This week we will finish up working on our Gummy Bear Lab. In class using the information from the Gummy Bear lab we will also learn how to type up a formal lab report.
6th Math: There will be a quiz Tuesday on rational numbers. This week we will review for the unit test on number system. The test will be on Thursday 9/29. We will begin our next unit learning about the greatest common factor.
7th Math: There will be a quiz Tuesday on multiplying and dividing integers. This week in class we will talk about rational numbers and decimals by learning how to add and subtract them.
