7 Math: This week in class we will be learning all about rational numbers and how to solve probelms using them. We will begin using a calculator this week in class. The calculator the students need is the TI-30.
Life Science: The chapter 1 test will be on Thursday this week. A review sheet was completed in class to help prepare for the test. In class this week we will also be completing a lab reinforcing the scientific method.
Biology: The unit 1 exam is on Tuesday. This week in class we will begin learning about what ecology is. Also we will be completing a lab learning about cohesion and adhesion.
Earth Science: The 1.3/1.4 quiz will be on Wedneday this week. In class we will be working a lab reinforcing the scientific methods. This week we will also be working on a review sheet for our first test. The first test will be on chapter 1. The test will be on Tuesday, 10/1.
Physical Science: The chapter 1 test is on Tuesday this week. This week in class we will begin talking about what matter is. Also we will be finishing up our lab this week on reinforcing the scientific method with using paper towels.
