Earth Science: This week we will be finishing up chapter 7 and discussing deforming the Earth’s crust. There will be a vocabulary quiz Wednesday on sections 3 and 4. The test on Chapter 7 will be Wednesday 1/20.
Physical Science: There will be a test Friday on Chapter 6. This week in class we will review for the test and work on a project about Newton’s Laws of Motion.
Life Science: There will be a test Thursday on Chapter 6. This week in class we will review for the test and work on a project about DNA and what it is used for.
Living Environment: This week we will be discussing Chapter 14. In this chapter we go over the human chromosome and human genetic disorders. There will be a quiz Friday on Chapter 14.
Math 6: This week in class we will be discussing quartiles and box and whisker plots. On Friday there will be a quiz on quartiles and box and whisker plots.
Math 7: This week we will be discussing complementary/supplementary angles and angle relationships. Also this week we will cover circumference/area of circles and the area of rectangles and parallelograms.
