6th Grade Spanish: This week the students will continue to practice reading, writing and talking in Spanish. They’ll start reading the story “Berto y Sus Buenos Ideas” this week and will continue to review conjugations of present tense -AR, -ER, -IR verbs as they are encountered in the story.
7th Grade Spanish: This week the students will continue to practice reading, discussing and writing in Spanish through stories and picture talk. 8th Grade Spanish: This week the students will continue to practice speaking about their family and foods they like. They continue to review the -AR, -ER, -IR present and preterite verbs through grammar review exercises and through the story, Casi Se Muere.
6th Grade Computer: This week the students discover and explore world famous landmarks using Google Earth, using latitude and longitude coordinates.
7th Grade Computer: This week the students will start the planning process for creating a fan club newsletter..
8th Grade Computer: This week the students will define algorithms in the context of computer science and learn how to write an effective algorithm.
