Last week we had our field day on Wednesday. The rain held off for us and we had so much fun visiting so many different stations to play fun games organized by Mrs. Gallegos.
Here’s a look at what we will be learning this week!
Math– We will be solving word problems involving different combinations of coins and bills. Then we will use different strategies to make $1 or change from $1.
Reading- We will be reading a play called The Bremen Town Musicians from our reading series.
LA- We will be reviewing everything we learned about adverbs to get ready for our LA test on Thursday. We will also begin writing our own stories.
Science- We will continue our chapter on energy by learning about light energy.
SS– We will be presenting our Flat Stanley projects to learn more about the United States and a few places outside the country.

Thursday- Language Arts (Unit 6)
Friday- Spelling and Bremen Town Musicians Reading Test
