Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 2AA had a blast Monday morning celebrating St. Patrick’s Day and learning about the Irish culture. A huge thank you to the parents who sent in goodies for our breakfast.
Here’s a look at what we will be learning this week!
Math– This week we will continue to add and subtract three-digit numbers. The students will take a mid-module assessment on Wednesday to assess their ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers.
Reading- We will finish reading the Magic Tree House book, Dinosaurs Before Dark. We will also be reading the Magic Tree House book Leprechaun in Winter. The students are working on identifying the main idea and details of their reading.
LA- We will begin Unit 5 on Pronouns.
Science- We will be discussing new discoveries made by paleontologists.
SS– We will be reviewing map facts.
Religion- The story of “Three Men in the Fiery Furnace” will help us continue to discuss temptation and how we can avoid it.

Tuesday- Dinosaurs Before Dark (Reading)
Thursday- Mid- Module Assessment (Math)
Friday- Spelling
