Hi everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your break. This last week of February is a normal week for us. Their BHM research sheets are due Tuesday! We will be presenting them to the school on Thursday. A notice was sent home about our book fair! Any questions or concerns please let me know!
Spelling – 3x each is due on Wednesday and our test is on Friday. The new spelling words this week are: low, low, oat, boat, low, no, we, keep, over, more
Math – We will be continuing our math module 11. We will be doing review days Thursday and Friday. Our test for this module will be Wednesday, March 5th.
ELA – Reading test is on Thursday. This week we will be learning about long o vowel teams /oa/, /ow/, /o/. We will also be learning about two syllable open and closed syllables and word categories. Our new HF words are: find, food, more, over, start, warm. Our vocabulary words this week are: search – tell about looking for something and seek: to tell about looking for something you want
Writing – This week we will be WOW pictures more and adding more nouns into our writing.
Social Studies – Our BHM research sheet presentations are on Thursday and we will be learning about the oceans.
Religion – We are starting our fourth book. We will be learning about the stories of “Elijah and Ravens” and “Elijah and the Widow”.
