Hello! I hope everyone enjoyed this three day weekend! Please remember to continue to check green folders every night for any important notices or forms. Spelling – 3x each due Thursday this week in their S books and they have their spelling test on Friday. Here are the spelling words for the week: clip, flip, slip, flag, black, plan, be, pull, win, sit
Math – We have begun our new unit on subtraction. They will have homework every night in Math and their next Math test is TBD.
ELA – We will begin our new story that aligns with out HF words. We are working more on middle sounds in our words and our reading comprehension skills. Make sure they study their HF words and are practicing how to use them in a sentence the correct way. Reading test will be on Thursday. HF words: be, come, good, pull. They must know how to read these fluently and be able to create a sentence with them correctly.
Science – We are still exploring in our Animals Superpowers unit!
Important Dates – Celebrating Nathaniels Birthday on Tuesday! – Dress down day on Friday ($5 to participate funds go towards Breast Cancer research) – FAST Athletics on Friday
