Hello everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend. Please check their green folders for any important notices or information. This week is a normal week with our reading test on Thursday and Spelling on Friday. We also have our first field trip to White Post Farms on Friday! Again, if you have not handed in 20 dollars for class party money please do so. Any questions or concerns please dojo me.
Spelling – 3x each is due on Wednesday and spelling test on Friday. Our spelling words this week are: leg, beg, men, hen, head, bread, there, again
Math – We will continue working through our fourth module about applying the subtraction and addition relationship.
ELA – This week we will be reviewing short “e” and learning about how “ea” can also say the short e sounds like we hear in bread. We will also be learning about the inflectional ending -ed for when something occurs in the past and about nouns. Our HF words this week are: again, help, there, new, use
Writing – We continue to write in our journals by practicing the correct grammar and handwriting in our sentences.
Social Studies – This week we will be reviewing about rules vs laws.
Important Dates – FAST 3:15 – 4:15 on Friday – Field Trip to White Post Farms on Friday – Trunk or Treat event on Saturday 1-3pm!
