Spelling – 3x each is due on Wednesday and spelling test on Friday. Our new spelling words are: hope, rope, nose, note, cute, cube, nice, ledge, people, ago
Math – Module 7 test on data and graphs is on Tuesday. We will begin our new module 8 about place value. This module is only 3 lessons so they will have their module 8 test the following Thursday (1/23)
ELA – Reading test is on Thursday. We will focus on long vowel e, o, and u. We will review splitting syllables. We will be doing a lot of reading comprehension checks as well. Our reading words this week are: ago, boy, girl, how, old, people.
Writing – We will begin our writing unit to prepare us for writing our own stories.
Social Studies – We will learn about Martin Luther King Jr.
Religion – We will start our new book “Jesus Saves”
