Hello Parents!
Welcome to the final countdown to the last day of school. I can’t believe I only have three more days with the little ones. I’m so excited, and emotional, to see them reach this milestone. With only a few more days left, we still must strive to keep everyone safe, so please remember to complete the daily attestations each morning prior to coming to school.
This week we will review sight words, numbers and our alphabet sounds. We will read books, sing songs and have a dance party. The children will definitely enjoy the last few days with their friends. Abraham, the Comfort Dog, will visit the children to say goodbye and I have a surprise guest paying the class a virtual visit. We will also talk about Flag Day, which is Monday, June 14th, and our scholastic for the week will be about summer safety. For Jesus time, we will continue to talk about carrying Jesus with us always.
Our activities this week include:
Playground: Weekdays 10:30 am (weather permitting)
Visit from Abraham: Monday 10:00 am
Surprise Guest: Tuesday 2:40 pm
Art: Wednesday 11:00 am
Dance Party: Wednesday 2:30 pm
Saying Goodbye on our Last Day: Wednesday 3:00 pm
There are no homework packets for the remainder of the school year. All communications from me will be posted through the Class Dojo app. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me through class dojo or via email [email protected].
