I am very proud of all second graders as winter writers! Over the past few weeks, each of them have been sharing their daily homework writing with the class, demonstrating reading and writing skills as well as practicing what it means to be an attentive and respectful audience. Building confidence and interest in writing is the key to improving and building upon writing skills. They are excited to share each morning and it is thrilling!
We will recognize the 100th day of school on Thursday, March 4th!
March 2nd is Dr. Seuss’s birthday and marks the beginning of Read Across America. We will begin a reading challenge on Tuesday for the month of March, so please stay tuned!
Please email me at [email protected]. if ever you have a question or concern. As always, be sure to check for daily emails as well as additions/updates on Google Classroom.
May God bless our week ahead.
