Field Day is on it’s way!!!
Please note which team your child is on (blue or red) and be sure to dress in that color this Friday, June 7th. Also, have a water bottle in school to stay hydrated!
This past Thursday, May 30th, the second grade enjoyed the musical performance of Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus by Author Mo Willems at the Long Island Children’s Museum! Mrs. Rucker and Ms. Lynch joined us for the fun! We enjoyed the funny show based on one of Mo Willem’s popular books.
Thank you to Mr. Creary who shared two very special stories with us this past Friday as our latest Mystery Reader! We truly enjoyed your visit with us!
The second graders are still looking for Mystery Readers! Won’t you please visit our classroom and read a book to us? We’d love to have you come and visit! Please consider and email me so we can arrange a day and time. Time is running out!
Summer Birthdays! We will be celebrating summer birthdays this month so please let me know when you’d like to send in a special treat to celebrate your son or daughter turning 8!
God bless our last full week of school!
