Welcome to Mrs. Ryan’s second grade Class Notes!
It will be a short week as we enter into Holy Week beginning on Palm Sunday. School will be closed Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and April 21-25 for the Easter holiday. We will commemorate the events of Jesus’ death by a gradual extinguishing of candles, symbolizing the darkness that enveloped the world after Christ’s death during the Tenebrae Service Wednesday afternoon here at Trinity.
Second grade will have a special snack on Wednesday to celebrate Easter!
Are you interested in visiting our classroom to share some fun and read a book to our class? If so, please let me know as soon as possible so we can set up a date! We’d love to have you! Who will be our next MYSTERY READER?
It’s that time of the year! Some children are in need of supplies such as pencils, erasers, glue sticks, and crayons. Reminders will be written in their planners. Thank you!
