Math- Grade 6
We are starting a new chapter on the number system. The students will be exploring integers, absolute value, ordering integers and rational numbers. We will also cover coordinate graphing.

Our next unit will focus on prophets. This week we will cover the story of Solomon and various kings that followed him.

We are finishing up our unit on Scientific Notation. Students explored the purpose of scientific notation, how to write, compare, multiply, divide, add, and subtract numbers in scientific notation. There will be a unit test this Tuesday.
