Math- Grade 6
We are finishing up our chapter on the number system. The students explored integers, absolute value, ordering integers and rational numbers. The concepts of coordinate graphing and how to find distance between two points was also covered. We will spend this week reviewing for our test which will be on Wednesday, 1/22.

We are beginning a new chapter on solving equations. We will be learning to solve 1-step, 2-step, and multistep equations. We will also be applying these equations to word problems that pertain to real life application.
