Math- Grade 6
This week the students are finishing up our chapter on Statistics. We will be working on a review packet this week. The students must understand how to find the mean, median, mode, lower quartile, upper quartile, range, and interquartile range. They also must be able to create a frequency table, histogram, box and whisker plot, and a dot plot when given the necessary data. The students must also understand how to analyze and interpret that data.

Religion- Grade 6
This week we are going to be covering the call of Moses, the 10 plagues, and Passover. We will also be continuing with our Holy Communion preparation. Our Seder Meal is this Thursday, 10/24.

Math- Grade 8
We are still working on our unit on Numerical roots and radicals. We will be exploring perfect squares, and simplifying non-perfect radical expressions with and without variables. This week we will focus on simplifying complex radical with variables, operations with exponents, and how to solve equations with squared and cubed roots.
