Math 6

This week we are continuing to review for the test on expressions, which will be Tuesday, 3/26.  Use your review packet to guide your studying.

Pre-Algebra

This week we are continuing with our unit on Pythagorean Theorem. We will explore how to apply it to 3D figures, such as pyramids.  The quiz on pythagorean theorem will be on Wednesday, 3/27.

Algebra

This week we starting a new chapter on statistics.  We have already leaned the majority of the material in this chapter in 6th and 7th grade.  We will begin by reviewing historgrams, frequency tables, measures of center (mean, median, mode), and application problems.  There are not any tests or quizzes this week.
