Math 6

This week we are having our test on percents.  The test is Monday, 12/13.  Students were given review sheets on Friday to help guide studying.  The rest of the week will focus on statistics, finding measures of center (mean, meadian, mode) and measures of variation (minimum, maximum, range, outliers).

Math 7

This week we are finishing up Unit 3.  On Monday and Tuesday, we will be exploring how to solve 1 and 2 step inequalities.  The rest of the week will focus on reviewing for our unit test which will be on Thursday, 12/16 on solving equations and inequalities.

Pre-Algebra

This week we are finishing up our chapter on graphing linear equations.  The majority of the week will focus on reviewing for this exam, which will be on Thursday, 12/16.  The exam will cover graphing a line using a table, intercepts, slope intercept form, using the slope formula and writing an equation of a line given 2 points.

Algebra

This week we are starting a new chapter on functions and sequences.  We will be learning about domain, range, and  sequences.  The quiz on this will be on Thursday, 12/16.
