Math 6

This week we are continuing with our unit on percents.  We will be learning how to convert fractions to decimals, percents to fractions, fractions to percents and learning to solve percent problems.  There will be a quiz on these topics on Tuesday, 11/19.

Pre-Algebra

This week we have a test on Monday, 11/18 on solving various forms of equations.  Use the review packets given in class to guide your studying.  Following the exam, we will be starting a new chapter on how to graph linear equations using a table of values and intercepts.

Algebra

This week we have a quiz on solving systems of equations using graphing, substituion, and elimination on Tuesday, 11/19.  Following the quiz the students will be learning how to write and solve systems of eqauation from word problems.  At the end of the week we will be exploring how to graph linear inequalities.
