Math 6

This week we are focusing on word problems involving fractions.  We will also be reviewing for our fraction test.  The test is on Thursday, 11/4.

Math 7

This week we are learning reviewing how to find percent of change.  The quiz on this topic is Tuesday, 11/2.  The remainder of the week will focus on working with percents to find discounts, tax, and tips.

Math 8 (Pre-Algebra)

We are still working with our chapter on solving equations.  We have been solving 2 step, multi-step, and equations with variables on two sides. There is a quiz on Tuesday, 11/2 on solving word problems involving equations.

Algebra

This week we are focuing on linear regression,  scatter plots, trend lines, and graphing absolute value equations.  There will be a quiz on the above mentioned topics on Thursday, 11/4.
