Here’s a look at what we will be doing this week!
Spelling- The new words for this week are: us, sun, but, fun, bus, run. The vocabulary (“R” book) words are: eat, put, give, small, one, take. Test on Friday.
Phonics- short u; final blends; -ump
Language Arts- a, an, and the
Reading: We will read the story A Cupcake Party. The children will read it again at home. There will be Reading tests on Friday.
Math- counting by 10’s; place value
Religion- An angel visits Mary
Social Studies- Our State and Country
Science- What helps protect animals?

The Christmas Luncheon is next Thursday for the children. Please remember to send in a wrapped book for your child, and anything that the class moms may have asked you to contribute. Thank you!
