Spelling- There are no new words this week. When we return from Christmas break, the children will be writing 6 sentences for their spelling words.
Reading: We will not be starting a new story this week. We will be doing some Christmas reading comprehension activities.
Math- We will start chapter 6 (using place value to model and write numbers to 120) this week.
Science- Parts of a plant
Social Studies- All About Earth
Religion- Jesus is Born

Our Christmas program is this Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. Please have your child here by 6:45 wearing dress clothes.
Our Christmas luncheon for the children is next Monday. You do not have to send in lunch that day, as we will have lunch and snacks at the party. We will be making crafts that day too! Please remember to send in the wrapped “item” if you have not already done so. Our class moms have set up a sign-up online, and
a note went home with information. Thank you to all!
The children should wear dress clothes to school on Monday for our party.
Please send in your child’s Christmas cards for his/her classmates by Monday 12/21.
