Our trip to the Cradle of Aviation is this Friday!! Your student should wear his/her uniform and bring a bag lunch. We are excited to be out of the classroom for the day.

Math: Ch. 17 Divide Decimals: Quiz 5/16, Test 5/17 We are taking division mad minutes to sharpen our division skills.
ELA: We will be finishing the “New Cereal on the Shelf” book report for our Chronicles of Narnia book. We will begin reading THE MIRACULOUS JOURNEY OF EDWARD TULANE. It’s a well written book about personal growth and change. We will be discussing various literature elements and comprehension skills as we go through. Test upon completion.
Grammar: Words Often Confused and Unit 6 review in text.
Writing: We will be writing letters to the incoming class.
Science: Spaceship Earth
SS: Ch 6. We will be reading THE SCARLET STOCKINGS SPY and creating our own method of secretly sending spy messages.
Religion: We will be reading THE CASE FOR FAITH by Lee Strobel. Comprehension questions at the end of each chapter will be graded as classwork grades. This is a great book to help students really ground their faith in our Savior.
