Vocabulary: burden, essential, magnify, symptom
Writing Journal Assignment: What are the three most important qualities that you think make someone a good person? Write one detailed paragraph about each quality and why it’s important. (total of 3 paragraphs, 5 sentences in each)
Math: Comparing numbers and rounding multi-digit numbers to the thousands
Science: Skeletal and Muscular Systems
Social Studies: New York word web
Reading: Ongoing free reading in class, reading notebook, conferencing
Language Arts: Four types of sentences; punctuation
Religion: The First Sin, daily devotions
Tests: Friday – Spelling Test, Unit 2
Important News:
- Wednesday, September 18th is our Back to School Night at 7:00pm.
- Please join other Trinity parents and faculty on Friday, 9/20 for our Back to School Mingle Fundraiser from 7:30-10pm.
- Our first field trip is next Tuesday the 24th. Please get permission slips back as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so.
