S.S.: ch 9 test Wed. Ch 10: The American Revolution: Foldable graded as classwork. Test 1/21. History circles graded as a classwork grade.
Math: Ch 6; adding and subtractin fractions;test 1/20.Extra help Tues.1/19. Please tell your child to see me if they need assistance.

Thank you for your expressions of sympathy over the passing of my father-in-law during the Christmas break.
This week I have been thinking a great deal about how God is our safe place, our refuge, our comfort, in times of need or trouble.
“The name of the Lord is a fortifide tower:the righteous run to it and are safe” Proverbs 18:10
When we walk with God we can find true rest, true protection, in Him. All we need to do is go to Him. It seems easy, but at times may not be our first action. I am reminded to lean on God, go to Him, trust in Him. I hope this encourages you in some small way.
