I am in need of class moms (or dads) for this school year, if anyone would please consider helping to organize the children’s class parties. You do not have to take off work to be at the parties!

I will be sending home the October book order from Scholastic this week. You can order books online or send the order form and payment to me at school.

Please make sure that you check your child’s folder each day, and remove all papers.

Homework should be checked and signed nightly! There are 2 pages assigned in the Math workbook nightly and 1 or 2 pages in the Reading workbook. Some homework has been coming back to school incorrectly done or incomplete. Spelling words are due by Wednesday every week.

Encourage your child to READ every night to strengthen their skills.

Remember to send in your child’s pizza money by Thursday morning.

Have a great week, and feel free to email me any time with questions or concerns: [email protected]

“Your children are the greatest gift God will give to you, and their souls the heaviest responsibility He will place in your hands. Take time with them, teach them to have faith in God. Be a person in whom they can have faith. When you are old, nothing else you’ve done will have mattered as much.”
