This week begins our research paper!
For about 4 weeks, the students will be working on a research paper in which the topic will be assigned, but the students will have a choice of the specific subject matter.
6th Grade: Famous Black Americans and how they changed the course of history
7th Grade: Health Topics
8th Grade: Famous American Authors and how their writing was influenced by the time period in which they lived
Each week I will post the work we will be working on in the google classroom. The assignments that correlate with the reference will be given out in class and graded. all work will be done IN CLASS unless noted. If your child is absent, please make sure they are up to date on the work. It is crucial that we stay on task and up to date! I will be conferencing with the students one on one as well to make sure we are all on point!
