Welcome Back and Happy March!
This week the 6th and 7th graders will be working on research for an African History Month Websearch to sharpen their knowledge about famous African Americans and their accomplishments. Once complete we will discuss as a class. By the end of the week, we will start a Woman’s History project for March to display in our classroom and hallways.
The 8th grade will be researching and writing a “resume” for an assigned famous African American. These resumes will be presented at the Black History Month assembly on Thursday.
