I hope everyone had a fun weekend and enjoyed playing in the snow!
We will talk about snow and the cold weather this week, specifically snowflakes and the uniqueness of them all. We will also learn about the animals that live in cold habitats with a focus on polar bears this week.
The books we will read this week are Pete the Cat Snow Dayze and Polar Bear, Polar Bear What Do You Hear. We are practicing our ABC’s with songs and letter recognition and our numbers with songs like 5 Little Ducks and 10 Little Monkeys. I hope your little ones are singing at home as well. For Jesus time we will talk about Jesus as a little boy and how he grew up just like we are growing up.
The children will work on some fun crafts this week using their hands as their tools and their creativity as their guides. We are in store for some excitement!
