Happy Super Bowl Sunday ! This is our last week before winter break and we have a lot to do. Tuesday is our Valentine’s Day party and I’m excited for all our delicious snacks. Thursday we will celebrate Dental Health Month and talk a bit about President’s Day.
Tuesday is ECC Red Day. Please dress your child in something red. We will finish up our Valentine’s Day crafts, eat some yummy red snacks and have a “love” dance party. On Thursday, we will learn about the importance of keeping our teeth healthy. We will go on a virtual field trip to Kiddsmiles to learn all about going to the dentist. Kiddsmiles has graciously given us dental kits for each child. Lastly, to finish off the week, we will learn about George Washington.
There will be lots of singing in class this week: If You Love Me and You Know It and Five Little Hearts. We will read Happy Valentine’s Day Mouse, Pete the Cat Valentine’s Day is Cool, Olivia and the Perfect Valentine, and Duck for President. For Jesus time this week, we will learn that Jesus is with us in school and in all we do. We will read the story Little Blue Truck’s Valentine and talk about how Jesus loves us all and we all have love in our hearts for everyone.

March 17 – ECC Green Day (Trinity students and staff wear green)
