I am so excited to welcome my class back to school. I’ve missed them very much and I can’t wait to celebrate this week with them. As we strive to keep everyone safe, please remember to complete the daily attestations each morning prior to coming to school.
This Sunday is the third Sunday of Advent. This week we will talk about joy and love as we prepare to welcome Jesus and celebrate His birth. Our prayer for the third week of Advent is:
God as we get ready for Jesus’ birthday, help us
remember to be kind and loving. Amen.
Our Elf continues to hide and leave treats for us. The kids are very excited to find Munchkin each day. This week we will read God Gave us Christmas and The Night Before Christmas. We will celebrate Jesus’ birthday with a birthday party on the 14th. Please send in a layette item for your child to give to baby Jesus. The layette item will be donated to families in need. Thursday will be our Christmas party and we will have a special visit from Santa. Thursday is also pajama day so come dressed in your favorite Christmas pajamas and get ready for a fun day!
