Dear Parents,
We had such a fun week watching some of our butterflies hatch! When they are all finished hatching, we will take them outside and release them. The children enjoyed a visit from Mrs. Seemangal’s boys, Jake and Ryan. They brought their robot “Dash” and the children were able to control it and record their voices and play it back. The children also learned all about the different types of birds we see on the beach.
This upcoming week, the children will be able to recognize and sound out the letter Oo for Octopus. They will learn about the life cycle of a fish and the different types of animals that live in the ocean. We will also discuss what makes a good friend with the children and then read “The Rainbow Fish” by Marcus Pfister.
