Dear Parents,
We had a great week learning all about dragonflies. This week we will continue our unit on pond life by learning all about ducks. We will also talk to the children about Earth Day and why it is such an important day. The children will learn how important it is to keep the earth clean and make a fun craft. The kids will also be planting their own pot of flowers, take care of them and watch them grow. The children will learn how to recognize, sound out and write the letter Z for Zoo. For religious instruction, the children will learn how God cares for the birds.
Reminders:
- Please don’t forget to send back your child’s library book.
- Please remember to dress your child in the appropriate shoes for outdoor play (no crocs).
- Please remember to empty your child’s folder each day.
