Dear parents,
We had a great week learning about the life cycle of a frog and getting to see one in our classroom. We also made some fun crafts with the color green. We loved learning about Johnny Appleseed in Chapel with Mr. Stainkamp!
This week we will begin our number book by learning about the letter A for autumn and acorn. We will also learn about owls and their environment. We will go over the color brown and the shape of a triangle. For religious instruction, we will continue learning about God’s Creation.

- October 9th – NO SCHOOL for Columbus Day
- October 19th – Class trip to White Post Farms – NO SCHOOL
- October 20th – NO SCHOOL for Professional Development for teachers
- Please don’t forget to send back your child’s library book by Tuesday morning so we can return to the library.
