Hello everyone and welcome to the second week of school. Everyone did amazing last week and I am very excited for week two! As we strive to keep everyone safe, please remember to complete the daily attestations each morning prior to coming to school.
We will continue with our Mother Goose Time curriculum. This month’s theme is Friends and Feelings. We will continue to talk about making friends and start to talk about how we express our feelings. We will also continue to talk about being in school, separation from our loved ones and reassurance that they will see mom and dad soon. This week we will learn what to do in a fire drill.
This week will start our discussion about apples. We will learn the letter A, the number 1 and the color red. We have fun art projects to work on as well. We will read The Apple Pie Tree, Johnny Appleseed, and Ten Red Apples.
The children are doing so good with their morning time and lunch time prayer. This week for Jesus time, we will talk about Johnny Appleseed and learn the Johnny Appleseed prayer.
