Spring is in full swing and warmer days are here! What better way to enjoy the warmer days than with water play? This week we are learning about letter Ww and W is for water! We will learn about what water is and we will also enjoy many fun water play activities. We will experiment with water pouring, a water wheel and conduct the sink or float test on a variety of different objects. Our religion lesson this week is “God Makes The Water,” from Faith Alive.
This week, we will also explore the cultures of the Caribbean rainforest in our classroom. We will explore Caribbean foods, dance and artistic styles. We will enjoy some rainforest fruit smoothies at snack time and create art inspired by the cultures of the Caribbean. It should be a fun and exciting week!
