Happy second week of October! We have a short week this week as we are off on Monday for Indigenous People’s Day. Last week we began talking about nocturnal creatures, focusing mainly on owls, this week we continue with things we see at night.

Our letter for this week is B and our color is blue. We will also learn about bats and crescent shape. We will review the word nocturnal as we learn about bats, and we will talk about crescent shape as it relates to the moon. We will also have a bat balancing STEM activity.

For Jesus time this week we will learn about Creation day 3… plants, trees, and flowers, and day 4 sun, moon, and stars. We will also visit chapel on Wednesday.

This week we will also have gym class with Mr. Mallon on Wednesday.

Reminders:

Thursday October 19th White Post Farms trip

Friday October 20th professional development for teachers, no school for students

Have a blessed week!
